UA

  • Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners
  • Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on budget
  • Collaborate with different teams members within the marketing department to deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns
  • Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies)

 

Ad Monetization:

  • Manage advertising inventory and maintain near 100% fill rate, balancing direct, indirect, and house campaigns
  • Proactive price optimization of mobile ad networks
  • A/B formats, frequencies and other integration strategies to maximize advertising LTVs
  • Forecast advertising impressions and eCPMs
  • Keep up with industry best practices for ad monetization and advise product team on effective and emerging ad units
  • Build on relationships with vendors to drive incremental revenue and get informed on the latest tech innovation in the space
  • Benchmark performance and communicate KPIs to stakeholders
  • Identify candidates for direct deals and work with Sales team to deliver sales pitches
  • Maintain a quality advertising experience across all mobile inventory
  • Troubleshoot ad network integrations, find and solve issues by corresponding with internal tech teams and the client partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience
  • Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
  • Be able to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot 3rd party mobile app tracking
  • Willingness to self-teach third party ad systems such as ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills

 

  • Understanding of advertising monetization, pricing/yield management and game analytics.
  • Demonstrable success of monetizing free products through advertising and cross promotion tools on both the iOS and Android platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of mediation software like Fyber, Supersonic, AdMob and MoPub. Extensive contacts with mobile advertising networks.
  • Familiarity with the economics of user acquisition and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for finding patterns and actionable conclusions in key metrics data

Growth Marketing Analyst, Games

Your mission is to help drive key product insights that will ensure the success of our portfolio of mobile games. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing data to improve all aspects of free-to-play games.  Their ideal candidate is an avid gamer and SQL wizard, with a love for analytics and the mobile gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy for consistent metrics, reporting, testing, analysis and forecasting LTV to support business decision-making and improve understanding of their product and marketing performance.
  • Deep dive into customer behavior and trends, generating insights that can lead to customer growth in areas of user acquisition, engagement, churn, and retargeting across the portfolio.
  • Work on key analysis including cross promotional campaigns, ad impact modeling, CRM program uplift, ASO and K-Factor, cross platform (web to mobile) multi-channel lift attribution, etc..
  • Based on analytical results, communicate new insights and work across Marketing, Product and Analytics to provide recommendations.
  • Analyze performance changes and provide insights into the driving factors of such changes.
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with product managers, producers, internal developers, and external game developers to reach solutions.

Requirements

  • Quantitative degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc.).
  • 2+ years experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a technology or gaming company.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Tableau, Periscope or similar.
  • Strong working understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and ambitious.
  • Seeking a long-term career in mobile gaming analysis, design, or production.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Computer science coursework or programming/scripting experience is a plus.
  • Statistics, data modeling, machine learning, or data mining coursework/experience is a plus.
  • Some experience with R, Python or scripting is a plus.
  • Love of gaming and strong interest in game analytics.
